NIGERIAN EWA AGANYIN AGOYIN DRIED SAUCE
Aganyin Sauce is a tangy sauce with a unique taste. Used to eat a softly cooked beans called Aganyin beans or Ewa Aganyin. It can be used to eat brown beans, black-eyed beans or honey beans and last but not least delicious boiled yam/potatoes or plantains. Get this and your tastebuds will love you for it!
Ingredients:
Smoked bell pepper, chilli pepper and cayenna pepper
Cooking direction:
Mix desired quantity of Agoyin pepper powder in water to make a paste
Bleach palm oil in a deep pan until it turns brown
Add sliced onion in the bleached oil and turn heat to low
Transfer the ayogin paste into the pot and fry for few minutes while stirring
Add seasonings and salt to taste
Serve with beans
