We care about your satisfaction and take pride in quality of our products, but some times, items might be received damaged or defective due to shipping or other means. Hence, items purchased at Globalsync Nigeria may be returned either to the store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the exceptions below:

Perishable items cannot be returned by mail or to a Globalsync Nigeria store. The nature and safety of food products limit item return. However, non-perishable items that are damaged in the process of shipping or defective non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in the original Globalsync Nigeria’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.
